Consignment Appointment

If you do not see any available appointments, we are fully booked. A new week of appointments are available for booking each Monday at 11AM.
We accommodate walk-ins before 4:00PM depending on our capacity on a day-to day basis. Please call the consignment office at 604-879-8431 to inquire. Please note that wait times are typically 45mins-1hr+ with this option.

We are NOT currently accepting:
- Fall/Winter pieces (puffers & wool coats, gloves, scarves, toques, heavy knitwear, winter boots)
- Household items and furniture
* Please make sure that all items are cleaned and in sellable condition (no stains, missing buttons, pilling). We cannot accept items that cannot be put out for sale immediately.
Important notes:
- We are able to accept a maximum of 2 bags per appointment - please do not bring items on hangers.
- Appointment slots are limited to one per consignor per day.
- Assessment typically takes 15-20 minutes per appointment. Please keep in mind that if we cannot look through the volume of items you've brought within this timeframe, you may be asked to book another appointment on another day.
- Any unselected items must be collected the same day. Please ensure that you have enough time to remain in the area while your items are assessed. We cannot hold items overnight and do not offer a donation service.

If you are running late for your appointment time, please let us know as soon as possible! We will do our best to accommodate you but your wait time will increase and we may not be able to assess your items on that day.
